The Sea Cider Farm and Cider house is an absolutely gorgeous venue located in Victoria, BC. It offers a rustic yet modern and trendy location to tie the knot, and sip the tastiest cider ever while you’re at it. The venue features a romantic forest setting that has the most perfect west coast aesthetic. The property also features a main cider house decorated from top to bottom in vintage rustic decor from candle chandeliers, luxurious rustic hardwood chairs and windows that open to a beautiful view of their orchard field that blooms with endless juicy apples for cider. You can even choose to have an intimate ceremony inside! They have also just opened a brand new white painted pavilion that has high ceilings and grand large windows that open to the orchard and ocean view. I can guarantee will end up on all of Pinterests top posts this season! I’ve photographed a few weddings at this wonderful venue and I knew it would be the perfect place for an edgy rustic elopement styled shoot. I’m so happy with the end result!
Lacey and Jordan are a Vancouver Island couple with the most beautiful passion for one another. I’m head over heels for their tattoos and sweet as can be personalities. This day was full of laughter, creativity, teamwork and absolute magic. This vendor list is full of wonderful creatives who are an absolute blast to work with. Can you believe we pulled off this whole thing in just a few weeks? Each of us came together to work as one when we created the colour scheme, mood and theme of this session. The result was unique, new and completely mouth watering. The combination of dried fruits and cherry blossoms were my absolute favourite. And can we take a moment to applaud Melanie Anne on her leather jacket she jazzed up with the most stunning calligraphy?! I. Am. Obsessed.
Motorcycle exists have to become a new trend for weddings. They are SO FUN! Ride away into the sunset with your new boots and new boo. It’s the most kickass way to start your new lives together. Smoke bombs are an amazing compliment and it give your photos the extra POP you’ll want!
This entire session inspired my soul and I am absolutely dying to capture more adventurous elopements like this one. If these photos speak to you and inspire you to have a similar day, I’d love to hear from you! I’d love to be your professional third wheel. Speaking of, a tricycle wedding could be the next trend who knows…LOL.
